• Some photos of the pond or water feature
• Photo(s) of any key area(s) for improvement/with problems
• Photo(s) of the filtration system if applicable
• In your email, please provide your name, address (post code as a minimum) and your contact number
• And finally, please tell what you would like to achieve
Following receipt of this information, I should be able to tell you if this is a job for me and roughly how much it will cost.
If you’d prefer to jump straight to a site visit, this can be arranged for a time convenient to us both. Site visits include a full assessment of the area/feature, discussion of ideas and options and will be followed up with a full written quotation.
Site visits are charged at £125.
Please note though that a visit is no guarantee that the job can go ahead.
