Our maintenance service is catered for by our skilled team of two.
Maintenance can comprise of anything from minor works to a full ‘deep cleaning’ of your pond. We carry out technical filter servicing and we are fully trained and competent at servicing your Oase Proficlear filter systems too.
All maintenance is charged for at £118.50 per hour (+Vat).
Please note - the first half hour of travel is free, but if a greater journey is required, billing will commence after 30mins of travel.

Still-water/wildlife ponds usually cost around half that of the Ecosystem ponds, as quoted above.
Pondless Waterfalls - From £3000.
Keeping Koi is different to keeping goldfish. Whereas goldfish would happily live in any of our sized ponds, a little more consideration is needed if you are planning to keep and grow, a collection of Koi. The first consideration is the size to which they can grow, so unless you are planning to move them on once they reach a certain size (this can be more difficult than it sounds), then you need to plan now for the space which they will require. The second consideration to keep in mind, is the extra pollution they create, which in Ecosystem speak, basically means again that a bigger volume pond is required. Below you can see two packages we have put together which feature the minimum recommended requirements. Both Koi Pond packages are based on depths of 3ft as opposed to our standard depth of 2ft.
Koi - Standard
Our standard package, includes a 5m x 2.5m pond, with a maximum depth of 3ft (0.9m) and complete with a ‘fish cave’ for hiding. This pond is built using a Skimmer 1000 paired with a Biofalls 2500. The Biofalls can be upgraded to a 6000 unit (if there is space) for + £500.

Koi – Premium
If you are planning on taking ‘Koi keeping’ a little more seriously and intend on speeding up the growth process by feeding more than once per day, then we need to beef up filtration a little further still.
Our premium package includes a 5m x 2.5m pond, with a maximum depth of 3ft (0.9m), as with the standard package, only here, instead of receiving a Skimmer and Biofalls pairing, your filtration package will consist of an ‘Intake bay’, with 2500 Biofalls and a ‘Wetland’! This pond will also feature a fish cave along with an automatic dosing system for bacterial administration. Slightly more space will be required for the premium package vs. standard.

Naturally, ponds can be built with an infinite number of shapes and sizes, therefore the sizes above are purely to guide. Rest assured we can create a pond for you which fits your space, and budget.
These base sizes include a small waterfall at the edge of the pond. To increase waterfall sizes such as the distance away from the pond, streams cascades etc, ‘Aquatic landscaping’ usually equates to around £800/sq.mtr
Upgrades can also be made, for example use of glacial boulders, addition of lighting and fountainscapes etc.
